Another Android Update!

This is another Android update. Found TONS of problems with the Hat system, so now you can change your Hat, as well as your appearance, without so many bugs. On the downside, about 90 minutes into some beta testing, I finally got to a Prison level, and it turns out the model doesn't load. You can walk around, which is odd, but the level itself is missing. Also I still can't get Unreal to work on the older android devices like the GPD XP Plus, which was the whole reason behind resurrecting this old project. BUT, it works very well on my Moto Force phone via Bluetooth gamepad. So if you have a nice bluetooth gamepad and an up-to-date phone, the game runs VERY well! 

It is a hell of a game, if you can get it to run. I spent more time on MineTank then any other game I've ever done. But I also worked on it over 2 years ago, so I've learned alot of new tricks since then.
